Old School Sled

Old school sleds have so much character.  Mr. J (shown below) and his cousin Mr. M (another super cute client) rode down the isle as ring bearers in this sled for their uncles wedding.  Adorable.

For the love of hats...

Hats (small brimmed : ) add so much to a picture.  Little Man "I" sported a few through our last session.

Family Funnies Follow-up

I made a trip back to the busy "F" household to focus on little "A".  It can not believe how much babies change in just one week.

Ten tiny toes, ten tiny finger.....

Baby "A" arrived just in time for the holidays.  Here is a peek, I promise there is more to come.  She is also the new picture posted on my home page.

Last but not least

I should really learn to do my family Christmas photos before the busy season.  Big ideas get into my head and sometimes they work and some times.... not so much.  Sophie really had no interest in standing out in the snow, and the boys, well.  We did the best we could.

Let It Snow...finally

This family and I patiently waited for snow.  Who thought it would take until December to get anything signficant.

Its Chilly Outside....

This family is so much fun and great in front of the lens. They were troopers to step out in the chilly weather for a couple shots before the red button noses came.

Holiday sessions and edits complete.  But, I still have no business blogging with holiday cards and orders to place.  But, here are a few sneak peeks of recent sessions.  Thanks to the holidays, parents and families are much more interested in participating in the session.  I love the opportunity to capture the love and fun families have.

This family welcomed their third child, little baby "A".  We were also fortunate to have Grandma for the session all the way from Arizona.

F and W enjoy the holiday cookie bake off with Grandma.

Family Funnies

Gloomy day turned bright with this family.  Thanks for allowing me in your home to capture your family just as you are.

Doubly Sweet

When I first shot little "M" and "E" at one month, I could not tell them apart what so ever.  At the time, I told "S" and "C" I hoped I offered them a variety of both : )  With each session to follow I found little "E" develop these beautiful brown eyes and little "M" amazing blue eyes.  No question who is who now.  Thanks again for the opportunity.  Mulitples are so much fun to shoot.

Sweet

One of the things I enjoy most in this business is watching sibling relationships grow. These two sisters are no exception.

Little G has the most amazing eyes.

Classy "New" Truck

So the kids and I decided to take a road trip to this great "new" truck.  Or should I say half a truck.  There was no box.  The boys thought that was the funniest thing ever.  Grandpa and Dad would be proud, as it was a chevy.  This also gave me an opportunity play a bit with some new editing tools.  On our way home, I had us stop at the entrance sign to our developement of all places.  I was inspired by color of the stones.  The kids were more interested in climbing the letters.

Amazing Families

It was so neat to see these to two families blending together.  I wish your families, soon to be family well.

I Love Fall Sessions

Even though the fall did not bring too much colorful folage it still offers a beautiful warm light, great for pictures.  This family has been so much to work with.  I cant believe how fast W has grown.  This session we decided to travel back to the place we took A and K maternity pictures.
